Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
